Legal notice

This page identifies the publisher of this site and sets the rules that apply to browsing it. It does not deal with personal data: that is the subject of the privacy policy, to which it refers.

What this address is, and what it is not

The address above is the one under which the company is registered in Wyoming. It is where official notices reach it, and that is why it appears here.

It is not a place of business. The company works remotely and receives no visitors at this address; no meetings are held there. The email address and phone number above are how to reach it, and they lead directly to the people who answer.

This is stated rather than left unsaid, because an address presented as an office when it is not one would be misleading — and would be noticed sooner or later.

Responsible for publication

Publication of the site is the responsibility of Digital-V Partners LLC, represented by its manager.

Any request concerning published content may be sent to digital-vpartners@proton.me. It reaches the person who answers for it, with no intermediary.

Hosting

The site is hosted and served by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, United States — https://www.netlify.com.

The host makes the site available and, in that capacity, keeps the technical connection logs belonging to its own infrastructure. It has no other role in the processing of your data, and the privacy policy sets this out in detail.

Intellectual property

The texts, visual identity, structure and code of this site are the property of Digital-V Partners LLC, except for items belonging to third parties and identified as such.

Quoting short extracts is free, provided the source is named and a link to the quoted page is added. Reproducing or adapting a substantial part of the site, in any form, requires prior written permission.

Third-party names, trademarks and logos appearing on this site remain the property of their respective owners. They are cited as references, and that citation confers no right over them.

Links to other sites

This site contains links to third-party sites — social media accounts, messaging, partner sites. These links are provided for your convenience.

The publisher exercises no control over those sites, their content or their data practices, and is not answerable for them. Following a link takes you off this site: the terms and privacy policy of those publishers then apply, not these.

Limits of liability

The information published on this site is general and informative. It describes services and technical subjects; it is neither a contractual offer nor personalised advice applicable to a particular situation. Work is committed to only by a written, signed contract.

The publisher takes reasonable care over the accuracy and currency of the content, without warranting that it is free of error, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. It may be changed, added to or withdrawn at any time, without notice.

Access to the site is provided as is, with no warranty of availability or continuity. It may be interrupted for maintenance, for a reason attributable to the host, or for an outside cause.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher is not answerable for indirect loss arising from access to the site, from its unavailability, or from the use made of the information it contains. These limits do not apply to what cannot be limited by law, in particular in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, nor to the mandatory rights of consumers.

Governing law and jurisdiction

The site and this notice are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming (United States). Related disputes fall to the competent courts of that State.

This clause applies without prejudice to the mandatory protective provisions of the user’s country of habitual residence. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Canada, it deprives you neither of the protection you derive from your national law nor of the possibility of bringing proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.

Reporting an error or a content issue

To report an error, outdated information, or content you consider infringes your rights, write to digital-vpartners@proton.me, giving the address of the page concerned and what is at issue. Every request receives an answer.

Reporting a security flaw follows a separate route, described on the page devoted to the security of this site.
