Privacy policy
This policy describes what this site does with the data that passes through it. It is written from the site’s code, not from a template: every statement in it can be checked, and several can be checked from your browser.
Who processes your data
The controller is Digital-V Partners LLC, a company established in the State of Wyoming (United States). Its registered address and contact details appear in the legal notice.
Any request about your data goes to digital-vpartners@proton.me. It passes through no intermediary, no help desk and no provider: it reaches the person who deals with it.
The company is not established in the European Union. It nonetheless addresses people who live there, as well as in Québec and elsewhere: this policy is written to comply with the rules of your place of residence, and it gives you the same rights in every case.
What this site collects
This site has no account, no client area, no sign-up and no basket. There is only one place where you send anything: the contact form.
- What you write in the form
- Your name, your email address and your message, which are required; your company name, phone number and website address, which are optional and are sent only if you fill them in. This data is used solely to answer your request.
- Your IP address, briefly
- It is read when you submit, to cap the number of messages per minute and prevent automated use of the form. It is held in memory for one minute alongside a simple counter, then it is gone. It is written to no file and never attached to your message.
- The host’s technical logs
- Like any web server, the one serving this site records the requests it receives. Those logs belong to the host and to its own policy; they are not used by the publisher.
Why this processing is lawful
Processing the form data rests on your request itself: you write in order to get an answer, and the data serves to give it. In the terms of the European regulation, these are steps taken at your request before a contract may be entered into.
Reading your IP address at submission rests on the publisher’s legitimate interest in protecting the form against automated use. That interest is balanced against yours by how it is done: one minute in memory, no record kept, no cross-referencing.
Audience measurement, should it ever be switched on, will rest on your consent and on nothing else.

As at the last update of this page, no audience measurement is active on this site. You can see this for yourself: the page source loads no measurement script.
If measurement were switched on, it would run only after explicit agreement given through the banner. A refusal, like no answer at all, would keep it off — not as an intention but as a condition written into the code, which refuses to initialise measurement until agreement is recorded.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser: the banner will reappear and you can answer differently.
What this site does not do
This section matters as much as the previous one, and it can be checked.
- No resource loaded from another site
- Fonts are served from this domain, not from an outside font service. There is no embedded map, video or social button. The security policy this site sends your browser forbids any outside loading in any case: that is not a promise, it is a rule your browser enforces.
- No tracker, no advertising
- No ad network, no tracking pixel, no cross-site correlation. The links to our social media accounts are ordinary links: they send nothing until you click.
- No profiling, no automated decisions
- Nothing is inferred from your visit, no score is attached to you, and no decision producing effects concerning you is taken without human involvement.
- Nothing sold
- Your data is not sold, rented, exchanged, or passed to a third party for marketing. It serves to answer your request.
Who receives your data
The list is short and closed.
- The publisher
- The people in the company who handle your request, and only them.
- The site’s host
- It carries your message and keeps its technical logs. Its identity appears in the legal notice.
- The publisher’s automation server
- The message sent by the form is passed to it server to server, and it is what delivers the message to the publisher. It is operated by the publisher.
- An email delivery service, in case of failure
- If the automation server does not answer, the message is routed by email rather than lost. The provider carrying it then acts as a processor, with no other use of the data.
Where your data is processed
The publisher is a company established in the United States, and so is the site’s host. The data you send through this site is therefore processed there.
This is stated so that you can decide knowingly. If you would rather not use the form, the email address and phone number given on this site remain ways of reaching us, and you then choose yourself what you send.
How long your data is kept
- Your IP address
- One minute, in memory. This site never writes it to disk.
- Your message and contact details
- For as long as it takes to handle your request, then at most three years from our last exchange, after which they are deleted. You can ask for deletion sooner, at any time.
- The language cookie
- Until you close your browser.
- The theme and your answer to the banner
- Until you clear this site’s data in your browser. They stay on your device.
Your rights, and how to exercise them
You may ask to access the data concerning you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to obtain a portable copy, to object to its processing or to ask that it be restricted. Where processing rests on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, without calling into question what was done before.
If you live in Québec, you also have the right to obtain the cessation of dissemination of information concerning you and its de-indexing, under the conditions set by the applicable law.
To exercise any of these rights, write to digital-vpartners@proton.me saying what you want. There is no form to fill in and no proof to supply up front: we will ask for proof only if we have a genuine doubt about your identity, and we will tell you why. We answer within one month.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the data protection authority of your country of residence — in France the CNIL, in Québec the Commission d’accès à l’information.
How your data is protected
Exchanges with this site are encrypted, and your browser is instructed to reach it no other way. The site forbids loading any outside resource, which closes the commonest route for injecting code into a page.
The form is rate-limited and carries an invisible field meant for robots, which lets automated submissions be discarded without putting a puzzle in front of you.
The content of your message is never written to the technical logs, even when sending fails: only the nature of the error is recorded.
No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure. These measures reduce the risk; they do not remove it, and this policy does not pretend otherwise.
Minors
This site addresses professionals and is not intended for minors. No data is knowingly collected from them.
If you hold parental responsibility and find that a minor has sent us data, write to digital-vpartners@proton.me: it will be deleted.
Changes to this policy
This policy may change, in particular as the site evolves. The date of the last update appears at the foot of this page, and any substantial change will be noted there.
No change will have the effect of reducing your rights over data already collected.
